I have never in my life called a doctors office and got the service the receptionist gave me. She was very very rude! When I asked to speak to someone else she said "NO WHY" and she began to yell I asked if she could check if they accepted my insurance she then said whatever insurance you have the answer is NO ? What in the world ? I then asked her what her name was she said why do you care? I am in disbelief and I am 100 percent going to report this women. The rudest women I can only imagine how she speaks to the patients coming in she also told me she does not have to report to anyone since they apparently have no office manger she only reports to the doctor. I have never had an employee yell at me over the phone when it went from me asking if they were taking new patients she said NO when online I'm seeing they are then when I asked her why it said online they were she told me it was wrong I then asked her if she could take my info she said no we do not have a computer? What in the world this women needs to find a new job. It would have been a mistake to go in to a doctors office where they allow the employees to talk to the patients like this.
