Patient
I've given them the benefit of the doubt multiple times, but I've reached my limit. I've been seeing Dr. Lopez for about two years, and I've never had an issue with her, only with the office staff. Trust me, save yourself the headache. On numerous occasions, I've had to reschedule appointments because they didn't have me on the schedule. I also had a fibroscan done, but they never received the results, and no one bothered to call me to let me know. Keep in mind, the scan was done more than a month before my follow-up appointment. When I finally went in, Dr. Lopez's assistant rushed me through everything, apologized, and told me I could reschedule. The appointment was pointless and a complete waste of my time. I filed a complaint with the office staff, and they told me to come back the next day to get my results. I showed up, and they stared at me, asking, "Oh, she didn't call you?" I responded, "Who?" They said the doctor's assistant. I told them I hadn't received any call or message from her. Naturally, I was very upset and made it clear I wouldn't leave until I got the results I'd been waiting for. They told me to sit down, and eventually, a staff member came over and said the assistant couldn't see me because her schedule was full. I asked to speak to the manager, and after some time, they came back with two options: wait two weeks for the doctor or come back the same day because the assistant suddenly had a cancellation. This was puzzling, as her schedule was supposedly full, but now there was an opening. I was beyond frustrated at this point and insisted she call me. Additionally, their blood pressure cuffs are always malfunctioning. Please invest in new ones that fit all sizes, especially for patients with high blood pressure, to ensure accurate readings. Please be aware that this is not the first time this has occurred; there have been other inconveniences before this one. This particular issue required attention and has been nothing but a nuisance, causing unnecessary stress on my part. Honestly, I'm not sure how they're still in business--they definitely need new staff or some kind of better structure. If you've read this far, I strongly recommend finding another provider to avoid the hassle!!!!
