This place sucks in customer service. It's a shame we are tied to the Stanford network otherwise we would choose something else. There is a nurse who is always rude and will act as if she is paying you to come into the clinic and not the other way around. For the clinic it is perfectly okay to make you wait for 20+minutes but they will cancel your appointment if you are 10 minutes late. We have waited for 25 minutes during one of our appointments when the doctors were runing late. This is everything we expect a clinic not to be.
