Dr. Hiroyasu (Kyle) Kikawa is an outstanding primary care physician. I've been seeing them for three years, and every visit confirms I made the right choice. They are incredibly knowledgeable and efficient. During my last visit for a routine check-up, they were punctual and the treatment plan provided was clear and effective. The nursing staff and front office are equally professional, making the whole process seamless. Highly competent and trustworthy care.

Dr.Kikawa is a very responsible and caring doctor. The consultation was pleasant and relaxing, and he carefully examined every concern I mentioned. During the examination, he kindly reminded me to stay relaxed throughout the process.

I originally left a positive review because my first visit was great. Unfortunately, this most recent appointment felt combative from the start. The exam was brief, and when I asked for a couple of specific tests, I was told I didn't need them. Vaccines were pushed even after I said I wasn't interested, and the conversation kept circling back to insurance coverage instead of my concerns. I was excited to find a doctor who felt different from the typical Bay Area experience, but after this visit, it didn't feel much different at all.

I have been seeing Dr. Kikawa for the past year as my PCP and I'm really appreciative of his empathetic and attentive care especially given my unique situation and care needs. He truly cares for his patients and wants to support their true healing journey. Thank you, Dr. Kikawa!

Dr. Kikawa was impressive from the time he entered the examination room until he left. He was thoughtful, asked good questions, and answered my questions so I easily was able to understand my situation! He rates 5 stars.
