"I have never experienced anything like this in my life. The secretary was supposed to call and remind me of my appointment, but instead, she calls me on the same day, on the day of the appointment, and yells at me over the phone. I mixed up the days because I was tired and missed my appointment. The time she called to ask if I was coming to my 9:25 appointment was 9:21. If an appointment is going to be reminded, it should be done the day before. Plus, you don't yell at a patient over the phone. She's asking me how I mixed up the days and missed my appointment, and she's doing it by yelling and questioning me. If the assistant is like this, I can't even imagine what the doctor is like."
