Patient centric, highly knowledgeable, hands on and an extremely patient clinician who is absolutely delightful! I have never felt rushed during her appointments. She does her homework and reads up all patient notes before she comes in. Very quick to respond if you contact her via messages. Highly recommended if one is looking for a new PCP or a family physician.

Dr.Cheng took her time with me as I needed medicine help urgent. She listened to me patiently and understood what I was going through and explained her course of treatment. She was very patient and actually prescribed me medicine to end my 3 days of suffering. I have lived here long enough where Doctors don't prescribe medication and just send you with home remedies information. Which is okay. But if you have to get better for travel or some other reason it is better to mention so you get the right help. I would go back to Dr. Cheng any day because she is very caring and doesn't rush and helps with required amount of medication.

She reassured me that my concerns weren't signs of something more serious, which put me at ease and even showed me diagrams and information so I could understand what my problems might be in a scientific medical way that was easy to understand. Her kindness and optimism made the entire experience feel positive, and I really appreciated how friendly and approachable she was throughout our visit.
