I am give this a bad review not based on the level of service I received at my appointment, it is because I never got that far. My doctor back in July asked me to do a stress there. I called and the first appointment I could get was in wasn't until early September. Of course at this appointment all I got to do was schedule my testing and then the first available test wasn't until the end of October. Two days before that test they call me up to tell me that they had to cancel because the Tech was on Jury Duty and the next appointment isn't until mid December. That excuse doesn't hold water, they could easily get a fill in tech from the registry if they had a days notice. This is all about keeping a big backlog and not willing to pay the additional cost for a fill in tech. They had already rescheduled my follow up appointment for the Doctor's but because of my delayed test they would need to reschedule that one again. In the end I just cancelled. I don't need this taking over 5 months and going into another calendar year with a different deductable. I don't understand why they are accepting new patients if everything is booked out 6 to 7 weeks. They need to be honest with people, if they are not willing to expand. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. If my doctor gives me another referal, I will call to find out how far they are booked out before I make any appointments.

I had to help an elderly patient at my office get medical clearance for an upcoming surgery, and it turned into an incredibly frustrating and unnecessarily difficult process. There was constant back-and-forth -- I left multiple voicemails, sent two faxes, and even after two weeks, no clearance was provided, despite the office being fully aware the patient had a surgical appointment coming up. When I called again, the physician's line seemed to ignore my call; however, as soon as I used a different phone number, they picked up right away. I explained to them that the Medical Assistants line wasn't picking up at all, but they still redirected me back to that same line. It's disappointing to see such poor coordination and lack of follow-through, especially when it directly affects a patient's care and adds unnecessary stress for everyone involved. This experience has certainly left a negative impression of the facility's reliability.

Greedy and INSANE. I WAS CHARGED $60 for a PHONE CALL!!! Yes, I was charged a $60 co-pay EXTRA, on TOP of my original visit just to have my results explained to me!! I received NO follow up after my heart monitor had a FINDING. I was left to myself to interpret the results and figure out what to do! In order to simply speak to the doctor OVER THE PHONE I had to pay another $ 60. I explained this to the billing department, but the facility denied my request to waive it. Shameful!!!

I had a absolutely horrible experience at this please, I had Echocardiogram and Lexiscan stress test done and I never got my result. Two months later. I had to ask my family doctor to get my reports , I been asking for it, for two months . Never ever go there again , oh also the woman who tried to put IV in my arm did horrible job, I had bruise on my are arm for 3 weeks . Never again.
