Found Dr. Tam professional and personable. Took the time to respond to all my questions and developed a plan for me to follow to resolve my health issues.

Very unprofessional. Meds don't get refilled in a timely manner that even CVS has had it. They'll let you go without to the point of arriving to the ER. Phone calls and referral requests are not being addressed after ten days of calling. This is on a regular basis! I realize I am one of many patients, but this is why doctors have medical assistants and a staff to follow up. Staff always answers the phone sounding half asleep and uninterested in helping patients. I'll never return here. Disgusting.

Great experience with Dr. Tam. I particularly value that he was very up front with his predictions for whether or not the services rendered would be covered by insurance. A quarter or so of our discussion was actually about how to maneuver the visit to be covered by my insurance plan. Beyond that, I felt he was experienced and knowledgeable for my particular visit. I highly recommend Dr. Tam Ka Wai MD. I do wish he spent a little more time getting to know his patients, as he did not ask me any questions about my health history, diet, or lifestyle. But I understand, as he was the only physician working that day at this clinic.

They wasted my time i wish I didnt go there bad experience and they do not care about patients

Never come to this place! Most disappointed experience I've ever had. This is the reason why they are accepting new patients because NO ONE WANTS TO VISIT HERE! 1. time management is extremely bad. Put down my appointment time wrong and then ask me to reschedule. They never value our patients' time. I am gonna sue them for wasting my time. 2. even you arrive on time, it is likely you will need to wait for 20 ~ 30 mins to get seen. Then the doctor will limit your questions and visit time so that you have to come back often. No, I'll never do that!
