Sutter Health Folsom Walk-In Care

Though tucked away between two big stores in the Broadstone Shopping Center so you have to be right in front of it to see the clinic sign, the Sutter Folsom Walk-In Clinic is a standout healthcare service. It's clean, light with serene decor, and staffed with friendly, caring healthcare professionals. They called to confirm the reason for my anppointment and to update my symptoms. Upon arriving, my check in was private and I was quickly taken to an exam room. The attending NP Michael Walker was exceptionally kind and very thorough with his questions and exam. He was a good listener, clearly explained what I had going on and the treatment he was prescribing. Shortly after we left the clinic my pharmacy called saying my prescription was ready. I highly recommend this facility.

Amazing experience today as I walked in to get some tests done. From the very beginning, the atmosphere felt welcoming and organized. Khalida at the front desk is exceptionally helpful and professional--she greeted me with a warm smile, guided me through the process effortlessly, and answered all my questions with patience and clarity. Her professionalism combined with her approachable nature truly set the tone for a smooth and stress-free visit. Overall, I left feeling well taken care of and very impressed with the level of service.

I went to Folsom walk in Care on Sept. at 10:30 AM to get my blood pressure checked and verify my home blood pressure machine. I was received with kindness, knowledgeable people and a PA that was outstanding. She told me my blood pressure was high, reviewed my chart, made recommendations, scheduled a blood draw and notified a Sutter DR. about my condition. I have a follow up appointment for additional checks. I am 92 years old and have experience in many hospitals and the health care system. I rate your Folsom Walk in Care as being one of the best in the USA. I especially, want to make special note of the outstanding care provided by the PA Shanna Marchesi. She is outstanding and if I ever go back I want her to be my Care giver.

Waited almost an hour for flu shots. They need a different system where the Nurse Practitioner can be interrupted for quick tasks like signing off on the shots. Nurse assistants should be willing to interrupt NPs for sign-offs rather than making customers wait so long

Excellent experience here in the past week. Extremely clean and friendly staff. From the front desk check in to seeing my clinician--everyone was very nice yet professional. I was easily able to make an appt online and was taken right in. I really feel like the clinician listened to me and was able to get me the help I needed. I wouldn't hesitate to come back here.
