So Terrible. I'm switching providers because of their poor service. It's almost impossible to schedule an appointment. They either not answering the phone or putting you "on a brief hold" which can last anywhere from 10 to 30 mins up to disconnection. They never call back. Their providers are constantly booked months ahead. No, thanks.

Dr.Hadi is great but customer service sucks big time. What is the point of requesting refills online if I have to call several times to remind them. Every time I call I am on hold for several minutes and the call gets disconnected. That is why I order my refills online. Bad service - good doctor..!
