This is THE worst Dr. office I have ever been to. I have been going to this office for a few years now and have always seemed to have trouble with them. My first experience with them was having all of my calls go to voice mail, and then having non of my calls being returned. Eventually just walked in since I couldn't reach anyone to set up an appointment and would watch the front desk ladies just talking and laughing while ignoring the phones when I was seen felt like they just wanted to get me in and out as fast as possible. Fast forward a few years and now my Dr is now denning my referral for the asthma medication I have had my entire life and telling me either go to the ER or wait the 15 days for an appointment just because I have not seen him in a couple years. This makes me feel as if they just don't care about their patience. You would think if your client calls in stating that they are having difficulty breathing and just needs a refill on the medication they have had their entire life that helps them breath it wouldn't be such a difficult task to review and complete relatively quickly. Do not waste your time here! Do your research read the reviews and choose wisely! Your health is your wealth! don't put in in the hands of people who do not seem very interested in your personal well being.

When my insurance changed I was forced to go to this office instead of my original office that I've been with for multiple years at first I thought it was good I had to telehealth call check up and the doctor was great knew what I needed etc. Then I had a problem with my medication that we needed to remediate within 3 days. Was in constant contact with I believe Amy for 3 days. And after 3 days and me doing everything I was told we still could not remediate the issue. I'm very disappointed at this point with the communication skills at this office. Update medication is now available I talked with them today they did not follow up with me but I followed up with them talked with Tricia which was not the person I've been talking to you for 4 days. She was very helpful and attended thank you

My boyfriend and I both go to this office and we both have had great service with them . They always usually answer the phone or call us back and any referral we need they get right on it and also meds hit my boyfriend have been a smooth transition .. so far no complaints .. but it's only been a few months now mind you .
