The receptionists nurses doctors and staff at the allergy immunology and neurology department are all very nice and friendly they always schedule appointments for follow ups after my sons visits Maria ,Rebeca, Dr Aung ,Maddie and the two other receptionists are the best!

I had a very negative experience with Nurse Practitioner Mellissa King-Jacobs at Sutter Endocrinology. I came to her for help with severe fatigue that was affecting my ability to work and function, but instead of being met with empathy or support, I felt dismissed and belittled. Her sarcastic and judgmental comments left me feeling shamed, retraumatized, and completely unsupported. I shared vulnerable information with her so that she could best treat me, and she responded with sarcastic and rude comments that left me feeling horrible about myself. I am now terrified of sharing information with providers and probably never will again. No patient should walk out of an appointment feeling worse than when they walked in. This experience has had long-term consequences on my trust in the medical system and my willingness to share vulnerable information. Patients deserve providers who treat them with compassion and professionalism. Unfortunately, that was not my experience with Mellissa King-Jacobs. I filed grievances with Sutter Health about this, but they responded by investigating themselves and finding no wrongdoing. Mysteriously, she "resigned" shortly after I wrote my complaint, which is extremely suspicious. Classic, and not surprising at all.

Highly illegal behavior going on here. After being overcharged for multiple appointments, they've decided that they want to try to blame the patient because they say I should've anticipated how my doctor was going to set the appointment even though I set the appointment as a follow up and only had a two minute visit because I was feeling under the weather and they asked me to not come into the office but rather meet over video.

P.O.B A & B are well situated to serve both lower and upper Solano county.

Went here for a sports physical and was told it would be $90 being outside of their network, then received a bill for $263. Absolutely ridiculous. It was not disclosed to me that there would be any other charges. In the process of review/disputing these charges.
