My daughter has been struggling with WPW for 4 years (she's 23), a failed ablation and variable treatment strategies has not been successful or helpful for quality of life. My daughter met with Dr. Kabbani and his information made some sense and gave us hope. He ordered a zio patch. The first two "appointments" the scheduler "forgot" to put in the schedule. The third one my daughter called to say she was going to be 5 minutes late and the scheduler told her to reschedule and them promptly hung up on her. We've called the office manager 4x for help with scheduling this appt and have never received a call back.

As the first two reviews said incredible incompetence, serious lack of information with me the patient, with the hospital, and with my primary care physician. been waiting for results, waiting for results and since I didn't see him in the clinic, because it was a referral, I"ve heard nothing back and they have no information as to my results. It's been weeks... he did tell me at my test in the hospital that I would need another one and I should be getting results on another test as well. So frustrating, so incompetent, so unprofessional and disgracefully blaming it on the hospital and my primary care doctor, everyone but them.. I am an RN and I'm appalled at the medical community in Humboldt county as I just moved here earlier in the year. Hope I don't check out before they have a chance to get back to me, in their time.

Was already somewhat skeptical about this office and was shown i have cause to be after scheduling an appointment THREE MONTHS AGO only to have them cancel it due to wanting a separate test done before he is seen again. They did NOT call to inform us of this other test. They did NOT call to inform us of canceled appointment. How is this test supposed to be obtained and scheduled if NO INFORMATION IS GIVEN ABOUT IT? They have been giving too many medications some of which are duplicate types. Little to no explanations of what's going on. I FEEL AS THO IF GOVERNMENT MEDICAL INSURANCE MAY BE AN ISSUE?PLEASE- SOMEONE GET A REAL MEDICAL STAFF HERE!
