Staff efficient and personable. All questions answered. Phone calls returned within an hour. Question answered by phone within 2 hours. Questions treated respectfully. Tone was respectful. Demonstrated awareness of all test results including those he did not order. He agreed with cardiologists rule out of heart failure from the day before. Frankly, they make other offices look like they are standing still. But he doesn't have 26 calls waiting all day like my Primary Care Provider.
Dr. Rohilla and his staff are alway great. They're very calming and reassuring which is important for a cardiology office. The doctor has been helping me to navigate some very challenging combinations of symptoms and issues. I would highly recommend him and his staff.
I did not have to wait long. The assistants were kind & friendly as they asked the necessary questions and did the required tests. Dr. Botzler asked about my family as well as about my general well-being. He was patient and thorough. I felt I was in good hands.
Great service. Friendly staff. Dr. Botzler is caring,knowledgeable, and takes time with his patients. Liked when I wasn't able to see him during normal business hours, he was avaliable for appointment on Saturday.
I had a wonderful experience at my appointment with Providence Cardiology. The provider I saw was very knowledgeable and informed. She was upbeat and made my visit very pleasant. I hope I get to see her again sometime. She had a very good way about her that made me feel relaxed and confident in her decisions about my health care.
