All I can say is that Dr Orr saw me on an emergency referral and saved my life by doing emergency surgery to plant a pacemaker the next morning 1st thing. The only negative was him leaving Graybill suddenly like he did. I got a call from Rebecca abruptly telling me that my January 2025 appointment was canceled. No offer to schedule me to see Dr Baban. What? I have a pacemaker that needs to be monitored! I finally got an appointment but was underwhelmed. Needless to say, I have moved on.

My Godmother has had the lousiest customer care service at this cardiologist's office. She's been in a residential care facility SINCE Sept of '23 and has been in to this facility about FIVE times. Each visit was a WASTE of time. They've left their patients virtually high and dry after they're patient files etc were hacked and ransomed and they haven't been able to access patient files for two months. Patients could not call, email or fax in to schedule an appt or speak with anyone in the office. Additionally, anyone who needed to make an appointment had to physically DRIVE to the doctor's office to make an appt. The answering service states 7-10 days just to get back to the patient after leaving a msg. So I went, at my Godmother's pleading to get her an appt as it was physically impossible for her to leave the facility she is in to go in to the Dr's office to make her own appt bc even the health care facility where she's receiving care and physical therapy was not able to get through to someone at the office to make an appt. The staff have been using "burner" phones to call back patients. So, on July 1st I drove 90 minutes to this Dr's office (accompanied by my medical service animal) to the address on Google for this Cardiologist to find out that they haven't updated Google of their new address. However, another medical office gave me a flyer with their address some addl 15 min away. When I get upstairs to the 3rd floor and it's my turn to speak with the lead counter representative, REBECCA tells me that she cannot make an appt for my Godmother until AFTER "patient care is completed" @4:45pm (after arriving at 12:30pm) and commented that she didn't even want us to wait in the waiting room until she could help. I revisited this issue about once every 45min, as I was forced to sit and wait for 2.5 hours after driving 90 minutes just to make the appt. I understand about HIPPA laws however, I already had a medical POA on file with the other facility and all I was there to do was make an appt. This gal, Rebecca was RUDE, ARROGANT and unprofessional especially in light of all the patients being inconvenienced. 1st impressions in a professional setting count and this representative entirely missed the mark. It could have been entirely a different, more pleasant experience, but nope. Also, my Godmother was also upset over what they did. She needs a medical procedure for her heart and has been in limbo since approximately last September with their chaotic office. Terrible front office staff.... zero stars!!

Great Dr ,Cardiologist. Appointments always canceled, you wait , you are referred by your Dr , and they cancel you. Bad customer service , and they just dont have time for you. Find someone who cares.
