Kandan Baban, DO is a board certified Osteopathic Physician specializing in Cardiology. She has expertise in cardiovascular disease prevention, valvular heart disease, and congestive heart failure management, with a special interest in women's heart disease prevention and management, non-invasive cardiology (stress testing, ECHO, TEE), and non-interventional procedures. Dr. Baban received her B.S. degree in Microbiology from the University of California San Diego in 2002. She earned her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2007. She completed her Internal Medicine residency at Scripps Clinic and Green Hospital in 2010, and completed her fellowship in Cardiology there in 2015.
