Wonderful experience with office staff, Dr. Lee, RN Jasmine. More specifically, the office staff was busy but not too busy to answer all questions with a smile. Dr. Lee took valuable time to explain everything MULTIPLE times and had a plan A, plan B, plan C. Kind, professional. Jasmine...well, all I have to say is she goes above and beyond with a smile. She spent hours problem solving behind the scenes. Thank you all.

I brought my mother here after a friend recommended them. Good location, nice office but dirty. I saw Dr. Delwiler who is one of the old Dr.s that will retire soon. The nurse was nice but the Dr. rushed through my visit. I heard the staff complaining in the hall and they were eating at their computers. We decided to go down to Scripps and get a second opinion. If Palomar hospital closes this year we need more secure care. I cant recommend this group.

In June my 84 yr old mother started seeing Dr Gorwit. First exam was fine. She suffers from Hypertension and at the time was having an acute episode. The Dr removed one of the two hypertension drugs she was taking, which was good because it was not recommended for use in combination with the other hypertension drug she was taking. He prescribed a different drug. My mom experienced severe side effects that night. We called the Dr's office the next day and a different drug was prescribed. My mother continued to have dangerously high blood pressure and started taking the second newly prescribed drug. She again experienced severe side effects however due to the dangerously high blood pressure, she continued to follow the Dr's advice and took the drug. She was not sleeping in addition to the other terrible side effects (vertigo, nausea, body pains). I took her into the office for a scheduled echocardiogram in the middle of all this. On the 7th day of high blood pressure, sleeplessness and severe side effects I was able to talk to the Dr on the phone. He refused to concede that my mother's side effects were due to the drugs he prescribed. He said he "prescribed them to everyone and no one has these side effects". He wanted me to bring her in to see him. At this point, I said goodbye. Not only could my mom hardly walk to the bathroom, but it was clear that this Dr was not going to be helpful. After two requests for the results of my mom's echocardiogram, we have yet to see them. I am very disappointed. My mother has since been treated by another Dr in a different health system and is 100% better.

Staff is always very professional and courteous. The nurses and doctors are all first rate and highly qualified.

Bad service special appointment time.I call yesterday make appointment for my wife and they said come in today(6/25) at 1:30 My wife have to get off work and come for appointment they said she did not have appointment today.last time they book her 2:30 and call back said somebody in that spot
