This place is unprofessional, I have had non-stop negative experiences with them for months. Today's call takes the cake. In September, I booked a pair of appointments -- one in December and a follow-up in January. When I made those appointments, I told by my provider that she was leaving and I would be seen by someone else. I understood and booked the appointments. They just cancelled my appointments now (in the last week of November) because my provider is no longer with them and there's no one to see me. They then tried to gaslight me into believing that I couldn't have been told my provider was quitting when I made the appointments, despite my repeated stating that I was told this months ago, literally by their staff, while standing at the front desk booking these appointments. The admin refused to believe me and said we'd need to reschedule for later. Now, no new appointments are available until February/March. If this was going to be an issue, why did this take months for them to catch? Now I'm being thrown to the back of the line because of their inability to schedule? Advice to new patients: Go somewhere else. Since you have to book appointments months in advance, why trust a place that can't even honor their own scheduling? Edit: They called back 30 minutes after I posted this and offered me a one-time appointment with Dr. Hundal (whom I have never seen) in December. I still have to figure something else out because I need a pair of appointments, but I guess this is something? For clarification, I am only criticizing the behavior of the administrative staff, not the medical staff. Both the patients of this clinic as well as the medical staff deserve better than the administrative staff there.
I had a telehealth appointment. I waited 20 minutes and the doctor never showed up and never called me to apologize for being late or missing the appointment. I called the next morning and of course the front desk claims that the doctor said he showed up. They wanted me to wait around the next day at the same time but couldn't guarantee when he would show up. Very unprofessional and not accommodating. So I can't get my results. I guess if so.ethi g bad happens, I can go to the E.R
This review is for the parking. I am sitting in my car waiting for my mom. There are no handicap parking spaces. I am watching handicap people trying to get out of the car. Ridiculous. There is no immediate access to the sidewalk/walkways. You have to park, walk in the parking lot to a ramp. Plants and high cement are blocking direct access to the walkway. I didn't think it was within building code.
No serious diagnosis on patient. They just do echocardiogram and stress and decide patient is healthy and no heart related even though chest internal pain is present. Those 2 tests are also performed after 2 months of initial visit. When I asked what if a patient get serious in between 2 months they replied "go to ER" and doctor appointments are available once a blue moon. Y cannot they do complete health check of patient thinking 1 percent negative scenario of patient health and y does a patient needs to wait months get normal tests? They will say keep in touch with your primary doctor well primary doctor is not a cardiologist by the way. I may new to this health system but basic things they should improve.
