She's been my PCP since 2020, and they are so nice and helpful. I always feel like I'm the only person there, even when they're full because of the focus and attention of the entire staff. They take their time with me, as I frequently have questions about my health and always ask for alternative solutions to my needs, and there's no resistance to helping me find answers. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for quality Healthcare.

I recently switched to this office with a new insurance, and I've been so grateful for how helpful they've been in coordinating my care. From the very first visit, the doctor was thorough, detail-oriented, and took time to explain everything clearly and kindly. The front staff is diligent and welcoming, and the office itself is super clean with easy parking (huge plus!). Overall, I've had a great experience so far.

Wednesday, June 25, 2025 I went to my Primary physician Dr. Elahe Toulouie in her El Cajon office. I don't mind saying I was there for a release for an upcoming surgery. No long wait, was ushered into exam room and began the health screen interview. We covered all pertinent information, I had forms to be completed , all went well, timely and efficiently. I was on my way within an hour. Her staff is friendly, interested and professional, I speak of my visit with friends and some are asking if she is taking new patients. I easily and sincerely give this visit five stars!
