Absolutely appalling the visit I had on 4/30/2025. Completely unprofessional behavior with NO apologies or attempts to explain anything whatsoever. Waited nearly 45 minutes AFTER my scheduled appointment time for a 3 minute procedure. Details below.
I had only ever visited this clinic once prior as I am a new patient and that visit was relatively uneventful, I noted much of their equipment seemed dated and the facility in general seemed quite catered towards the elderly population (I'm 25) but that's ok. However after my first appointment I needed a follow up to place a heart monitor.
A few days go by and THEY call ME. On the early morning of the 30th to ask if I would want to come in later THAT day to have it placed. Mind you placing a heart monitor is a five minute, often LESS, procedure. I've had it done before hey literally just stick it to your chest and you go about your day. So I arrive at the facility right at my appointment time (3:00pm) and check in, no big deal. 15 minutes go by and as there are MULTIPLE SIGNS on the walls to check in if you wait that long, I did so and was told by the receptionist MY SLIP WAS NEXT TO BE CALLED. Tell me why I go sit down and about 3-4 more patients are called AFTER this being told to me who arrived AFTER ME! So it's fine for me to wait 40+ minutes after my scheduled time but not them? Ok got it. At this point I'm PISSED it is now 3:40 and FINALLY after being the ONLY PERSON in the lobby do they call me back. No apologies, no explanations, nothing. Just stick a heart monitor on my chest, tell me to charge it every now and then and send me on my way. I even took a bathroom break after and STILL made it to my car by 3:45ish. That's how little time it took. Waited 20 minutes shy of an hour for something that took 3 minutes to do. Why the hell would you even tell me to come in at that time if YOU were unprepared at THAT time?
(And the heart monitor itself is TERRIBLE. Its older and less modern version compared to my last at a different facility as well. I have to change the stickers sometimes multiple times a day despite the lady who installed it telling me "they last through everything! Working out showing etc!" Crock of bs)

New patient and very happy with this office. I had my initial visit and I've been back for three tests. I have another test next month.
I like my doctor and I like the staff. The people behind the front desk and the techs that have conducted the tests have all been friendly. The building is nice, plenty of parking and the waiting room is calming.

I'm incredibly disappointed by my experience with this practice and would never trust them with anything as critical as cardiology or electrophysiology. Despite seeing good reviews, I was extremely disappointed. I scheduled an appointment over a month ago and, when I arrived, they had never requested my medical history from my previous doctor. They also don't use Epic, so they were completely unprepared for my first visit, and I was then told I'd need to schedule for another month out. After waiting again, they still didn't have my paperwork days before the appointment, and failed to follow up with Kaiser to get it. I called a week ahead to ensure they had everything needed, especially since I had been experiencing ongoing symptoms of SVT and was waiting for an ablation. During my initial visit I was prescribed flecanide without any review of my results or medical history. There was no education or explanation about the medication, and CVS repeatedly requested clarification on the prescription--something the doctor never bothered to address. As a result, I was never able to even fill the prescription. As someone who works in healthcare, I can tell you this office and its staff are incredibly incompetent. The repeated failure to follow through and the lack of basic professionalism left me feeling completely unsupported. Given how they handled everything so poorly, I would never trust them with something as serious as an ablation or any other major medical procedure.
