I scheduled an immigration medical exam for my entire family at this clinic, choosing it specifically because it was close to our home and workplace. Coordinating time off from work for my wife and me, plus pulling our daughter out of school, was a significant effort--we wanted to minimize travel. The process started well: we had blood tests and an initial exam by a doctor at the nearby facility. Everyone was polite, and the clinic was clean and tidy. However, we were then told the whole family had to return for a *second* appointment at a different location--70 minutes away by car. At this second visit, the designated civil surgeon asked only one question: "Are you healthy?" That was it. No further examination. We received the sealed envelopes for USCIS and left. This felt unnecessarily redundant and inconsiderate. Since the initial exam and tests were already done at the first (closer) clinic, it would have been far more reasonable to allow just one adult to pick up the results for the family. Requiring everyone--including a child--to make a 140-minute round trip for a single yes/no question wasted our time and added stress. Staff were friendly and facilities were well-maintained, which is why I'm giving 3 stars instead of lower. But the inefficient process and lack of flexibility for families make this clinic hard to recommend for immigration exams.
