R. Hardwin Mead, M.D.

Dr Mead is professional, friendly, and knowledgable. Although I haven't had an appointment with him for years, my wife and I were greeted warmly by him, and he spoke with us about our health issues as though no time had passed at all. We drove from the Sacramento area to meet with Dr Mead in Palo Alto. It was a long drive, but completely worth it. I highly recommend this fine cardiologist.

Dr. Mead really cares for his patients. Everyone I know who goes to him respects and loves him. He is very genuine and relates to his patients in many personal & different ways. The staff at Silicon Valley Cardiology raves about him. I feel honored and fortunate to have him as my Cardiologist. He assimilates a lot of information quickly and records it all in the After Visit Summary.

Dr. Mead has been following a my potential heart problem for a few years. I find it very reassuring when he reports that there are no changes. He is very professional and easy to talk with.

Dr. Meade is always great, have been with him for nearly 10 years. His staff is helpful, courteous and skilled, and Dr. Meade himself is quite good at explaining what the test results mean. I recommend highly and without reservation.

Dr. Mead has been my cardiologist for over 25 years and he graciously started caring for my wife several years ago as well. They do not come any better ....expertise, knowledge ,caring, his wonderful personality. I am incredibly fortunate to be in his care. His devotion to help others is exemplified by his providing humanitarian medical care as a team member of Doctors Without Borders to the underprivileged. Words are inadequate to express this rare gem on so many levels. So thanks......ed
