Rodriguez Martha

Dr. Martha Rodriguez is really good. I have no complaints about her. The staff is nice, they do have a ther moments but for most part they are nice. The only issue I have is trying to contact the office. Rarely I get an answer. I am constantly calling all I get is a voicemail. I hope there policies change for the better. The phone skills really need work, I understand if there short staffed, however, call should be answered have the patient hold or let them know you will call them back due to high call volume or something. But please do not forget to call back. I wonder if Dr. Rodriguez knows the calls are being ignored and sent to voicemail.

Amazing experience! Just had a consult and was very pleased with the level of care, at first I was hesitant given the reviews but ultimately gave her shot since she's locally convenient for me! She gave me multiple options for treatments and advised referrals would be given to specialists she recommended I should see. Maria, the lady in the back, she is also very attentive and great help in explaining. Celeste and Alejandra and Josefina are wonderful ladies and assisted with such professionalism! Dr.Rodriguez I applaud your great staff! 100% recommend, don't let the comments fool you, her quality of care and customer service experience is awesome! (Spanish Speaker)

Their quality insurance is very bad. And the new employee needs to be more monitored on what they respond or better check my history. The new employee said I could come in and pick up my paperwork to take my blood test. When I came in, he gave me an update and told me they no longer accepted my insurance. And it's ok if they don't accept it. It just you waisted my time and had to miss part of my circular work day to go by the clinic. To make it irritating, you completely forgot I requested a copy of my previous year lab results at that moment I asked you. 30 minutes later, you asked if there was a reason why I was still waiting.

Worst doctor to choose as your primary care, she doesn't care. And another reason to give a 1 star, the employees in the front are nice but way to disorganized and forgetful. I literally was waiting 40 minutes for them to give print out my lab records, turns out the employee forgot when they asked me why I was still waiting. Go somewhere else

Dr. Martha Rodriguez is an excellent doctor. She's Spanish speaking. She's thorough and she's on top of the referrals for mammograms and specialist.
