Had an appointment at 10:15 and 45 mins after waiting in the lobby I asked if something was going on that was causing such delay. The receptionist cut me off and handed me my ID and medical card starting I was next, as to shut me up. 10 minutes later they called someone else, I was not in fact next. I told them I would be leaving and that they should inform patients of the wait time so we could make decisions about our time. She said it was normal for new patients to be seen 45 mins - 1 hour and half after their scheduled time. She didn't seem apologetic at all. They overbook patients and take advantage of their time. I do not recommend this location.
