Was calling to come here for a test and get a workup done, they make it very difficult to schedule a new patient appointment, i have PPO insurance(needs no referral) but they kept asking for one and insurance verification which usually you can email your insurance cards. Called a few other places and didnt have this issue they were just scheduling further out and these guys had earlier openings. Ended up going somewhere else in fullerton and was alot easier, no hassle, no referral, and i sent them a picture of my insurance to verify.

I was very nervous, but Dr Tamboli's staff were great! Through phone calls, appointments and visits!! The office is clean and everyone greated us with kindness and a smile!! The nurses are great!!! Dr Tamboli was great!!!

Would have rated him higher but his office staff is incompetent. They put people into the system under the wrong spelling even though the correct spelling has been provided. They do not respond to other Doctors' request for medical records (for surgery or coordination of care), and they lose information. They do not answer calls during clinic hours. It rings over and over. They are very rude and condescending and put drug reps requests to speak to the doctor during scheduled Dr visits. It's ridiculous. When you tell the Doctor he makes excuses for them saying " I inherited them". That's no excuse. The Doctor does NOT listen to my heart or check for swelling in my legs. He is a heart doctor which means he SHOULD check the heart and check for swelling. It's mandatory for his profession. When I tell my other Drs who check my heart they are are so upset bc a cardiologist should do that. I have heart failure and that is very important! Needless to say I don't Recommend him or his office to anyone!!!!

I could give a negative review. They make it so hard to just get an appt and they do not understand the criticality when a person calls to a Cardiovascular Dr office.. please have some courtesy towards ppls problem.. we pay insurance and still we have to suffer...Unbelievable service from the front desk.. They just kept me hanging for 2 weeks inspite of me having referral. This is really rediculous service with how this office works.

Avoid Dr Paul Yosino very rude, arrogant man. Disrespectful and there is his way or no way. Dr Efekari a bit better. Building visible from street parking is okay if there is no big rush but it can be cramped. There is an elevator the cardio group is in the second floor. Restroom is clean in the lobby, staff appear friendly but appear overworked.
