i would do no stars. i'm a certified medical assistant myself and let me tell you, they are so rude, the receptionists no bueno and the doctor can't do her job right. told my grandma & i that she's doing good & everything is normal when it's not. DONT COME HERE

I rated this one star based on the customer service at the front desk. Now a days, customer service is bleak. I don't expect much going to a restaurant, a movie or anywhere where there's service interaction. But when going to a medical clinic, there should be a level of professionalism in the staff. The receptionist is extremely rude, does not acknowledge patients when they walk in, sitting on her personal phone and talking to other staff members while you're waiting 15 minutes before she stops talking and finally gives you the new patient paperwork. This is my second visit to this office and the same problem the second time around. Back office MA is nice, but needs more experience. Ultrasound tech with her phone while performing an ultrasound. Very unprofessional. This rating is not for the MD. I'm still feeling him out. I hope management sees this and does something about it. As a health care professional, this is an embarrassment. Fix the professionalism

This place isn't taking calls. I left a message with the answering service on 2/6, it is now 2/11 and no return call. I tried calling back and the answering service can't even reach anyone at the office. Now I have to driver over there just to speak to someone. AVOID going here!!!!!

This Place Sucks To The Max!! Dads Appointment was at 10:45 and it is 12:04 and he has yet to be seen. The receptionist is rude and loud spoken. The excuse is that this wait is this way at every doctors office. I disagreed with her because that is FALSE! This is not our first Rodeo. Dad is diabetic and must have food at a certain time to avoid his sugar dropped. I let the receptionist know and she completely dismissed my concern! Dads previous cardiologist retired and we were sent here as dad needs regular cardiology check ups!! I should have done more research! I wish there would have been more reviews that would have helped me steer away from this place! It's Horrible!!!!! HOW DISAPPOINTING!!!

If I can I will give him -0 stars Bad serbice to make an apt I have to call 9 time every time I called they put me on hold for more than 10 minutes and never completed the apt umtil I desided to go to the office in person and they still give me bad attitude the only person I remember her name was Hilda
