The best doctor : sufficient, knowledgeable and professional. Dr. CAVERO cares and her willingness to help is extraordinary! The stuff was extremely helpful and supportive, my husband got all his tests done in one day and believeme it was challenging: echo, stress test and labs., office team scheduled everything by themselves!. There are a lot of attention to your convenience and everyone working together for the best result possible.. We are getting an excellent medical services in this office. Very much appreciate and Highly recommend!!

I was diagnosed woth AFIB earlier this year. I was referred to Patricia Caverio. My condition is very scary. When I first met with Patricia she had a very bad bedside manner. However- I moved forward with all my testing. During my testing I had a couple of scary AFIB espisodes and called her answeriing service and there was never a call back. She called back 4 days later after one of them and had no adive. I had to wait weeks to get my results and when I arrived nothing was explained to me. She told me-" your partying days are over.". She was assumimg i drank or did drugs. Then she said- " dont fall off a latter cause the blood thinners i am giving you will casue u to bleed out.". This made me extrmely nervous. The test results were not explained to me nor was there a regime/plan to move forward. she asked to remove my coat at the beginnign of the appointment to examine me and she never examined me. she left my appointment in a hurry and i said -"i thought you wamted to examine me.". Also- the front deak clerk needs a better bedside manner. she was rude amd not helpful. The experiemce was awful. i am lucky to have found a new Cardiologist who put me on a plan. explaned AFIB, adjusted the medicne that this doctor prescribed andcalmed my nerves. I do not recommend this Cardiologist. Im not sure she should be practicing as a Cardiologist. Its too important of a specialty amd requires time, knowledge, patience, followup amd communication.

I have had nothing but bad things to say about Cabrera M.D. First she had me waiting for two hours in her patient room. While I was waiting I heard an elderly man yelling to her assitant that they had forgotten he was in the room waiting. Then when she finally arrived she asked that I wait for a week and she would get back to me. by phone. I then was charged by her assistant $300 which I paid before I left her office as she requires to get paid for her services before you leave. Mr. Cabrera specificlly said it would only be $300 because of my two hour wait. I waited two weeks and I had to call her office varies times to remind her I was waiting for her opinion on my results. I now got an additional invoice saying I owe her an additional $160 dollars. This doctor is terrible all around and should not be practicing medicine. TERRIBLE STAY AWAY

Worse place to bring your parents with heart disease one of the receptionist denied my mother service when she had already an appointment. I took my mom for an appointment the receptionists are rude unprofessional and I got yelled by one of them and assaulted so I am filing a complaint with the Medical Board of California. This place should be shut down or fired all this people with no respect to their patients.

Dr. Cavero is very bright, very thoughtful, very caring. She was my mom's doctor and when I came to need a cardiologist I went to Dr. C. If you tend to be uncomfortable around doctord, Dr. C. Is for you. And if you like doctors you will really appreciate her professionalism and her sense of humor.
