This place was disgusting. Certain nurses would neglect me when in need of pain Management and comment that I'll be fine and live...take into consideration that I just had spinal surgery. They would leave urine on the floor and comment that this is a hospital...very unsanitary as they would leave the urine on the floor for hours and if I didn't clean my feces .I'm sure they'd leave it too. No type of empathy or hospitality as a nurse would walk the floor talking out loud about throat punching a patient today....and here are photos to prove my accusations with the lead nurse on duty whom I've described.

Registering for my operation was easy, the Lady that registered me was a delight. I was nervous, but she eased my mind and I am so grateful to her for that. The nurses, assistant nurses, cleaning crew, even the maintenance gentlemen were helpful. The food servers so nice and friendly. All of them made my stay less painful. I thank every one that helped me while I was there, four days made more bearable by those wonderful people.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the incredible nursing team who cared for me during my recent hospital stay. Christina G., LVN, Bianca G., RN, and Drake, CNA, from 5th floor, provided exceptional care, professionalism, and genuine compassion throughout my time there.
Their dedication, teamwork, and positive attitudes truly made a difference in my recovery and overall experience. Drake worked tirelessly and always ensured my comfort with dignity and respect. Christina and Bianca were attentive, knowledgeable, and consistently reassuring. Together, they created an environment of trust, safety, and outstanding patient care.
My stay was truly a positive experience because of this wonderful team. The hospital is fortunate to have such dedicated professionals. I sincerely hope more nurses like them continue to inspire and deliver the same level of excellence.
Thank you all for everything you do.
Happy thanksgiving !

All I'll say is that not everything that glitters is gold. The only good thing about the hospital is the emergency room; they treat you very well there. But when you're taken to a ward, the nurses aren't attentive to their patients as they should be. I was visiting my mother; her nurse only came to see her twice, even though she was elderly and needed help eating and using the bathroom. They don't help their patients. I don't know how they can call themselves nurses anymore; they only say they're nurses because of how much they earn. How sad! Families, don't entrust your sick relatives to them because they don't really take care of them!

I was seen quite quickly and all the staff were enthusiastic and kind. However getting the result and seeing the doctor made the visit into 7 hours long and late at night.
When i got home i could not find the report of one of the tests and when i returned to hospital on the monday, the reports had been moved to another section. So i had to fill out about 7 papers to get my history which came within 30 mins but still the result of that test were missing.
I havent been back again yet.
So I am not any nearer to finding out what was wrong with me but apparently i have quite good health as far as all the machines could tell, for which I thank God.
Over all its a good service. I have seen many other countries and USA is still in the front in facilites and nurse power.
I am only giving 4 stars because of the wait time and the lost report. All the nurses were first class and are very dedicated
