I'm so grateful for Dr. Nguyen, her assistants Priscilla and Kat, and Karla at the front desk. In nearly six years, I've only needed a pet hospital twice--and both times I chose Access. Each visit has been an amazing experience. Yes, the wait can be long, but the care and results are absolutely worth it. I definitely recommend them!

DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE !
Please hear me out.
My baby, Canela, was fighting for her life when a speeding car hit her. At first she fainted but then we noticed she started to breathe! She was breathing and keeping her eyes on me as if saying "save me mommy" so my partner and I , RUSHED to the nearest hospital. To our arrival, we gave our baby in to them. As we waited, the "doctor" came to talk to us. He told us that my baby had severe injuries, which is true, but he spoke with fake hope. When we told him we would want to save her, he replied that someone would come in with a quote.
IT WAS RIDICULOUSLY EXPENSIVE.
It was a mandatory 48 hour wait before even taking ACTION.
That 48 hour that could have been used to save my dog was an EXCUSE to throw a big fat bill in our faces in a time of desperation!
48 hour hold that cost $10,000 which then they "can safely proceed" to surgery, which was another $15,000.
I begged for help. I begged for them to save her.
This world has come to a dark place where people do it for money but not for the love of animals that are really FAMILY.
I could not believe it.
I asked to see my baby girl.
As I walked to the back, she literally turned and wagged her tail in pain.
Oh my heart broke...
It broke because she had life ! She had a chance !
This place is a death trap.
Helpful for NOTHING.
Overall, we were forced to euthanize, and given a $1,000 bill at the end.
PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE.
This is corporate owned !
DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU LOVE YOUR FAMILY.

Excellent. We brought in a Rescue dog we transported on Saturday to foster. But the dog was too sick to care for. They took Great care of him...& many other animals as we waited. The staff was amazing to every one of us & our pets.

Emergency medical care, whether for a human or animal, is expensive. Yes this facility is expensive, but they saved my dog's life and we really can't put a price on that. The entire staff here is very professional, the facility is immaculately clean, and they communicated very well with us about his treatment plan and follow up care. We were so fortunate to have Drs. Garcia and Rangel treating our boy, and his nurses in the ICU were amazing and so accommodating during our visits while he was hospitalized. He is now recovering and resting at home thanks to their keen expertise. Huge thank you to everyone at ACCESS!
