Front desk is part of the overall experience, unfortunately, this is not the case at this place, which is a shame because the doctor was very helpful and patient. Those women at the front desk hate their job for sure, very unprofessional, disrespectful, and not very helpful ('cause they hate to be there). I don't understand why they keep scaring people away, people just turn around and leave, because of them, they don't give a s**** about your appointments or questions that you can have. They're very despotic and they just simple show you a smirk on their face. I'll never come back here, ever.
