Emanate Health Inter-Community Hospital

Best ER experience I had in the states. My mom had an UTI and we came in around 11pm and left around 1am. The staff handled the process as quickly as they could while being super patient and helpful. They answered all of the questions and concerns we had and explained the treatments patiently. We had 3 people in the exam room and they took an extra chair in for my boyfriend (he was standing) without us asking. Very detailed and kind staff. I appreciate everyone truly.

Updated on 9-6 On 8-20-25 my Deaf & Paralyzed brother was admitted into Intercommunity Hospital in Covina. He has been there now for over 2 weeks. He has been in & out of 4 different local hospitals in the past 4 months with alot of medical issues including Congestive Heart Failure being one of them. Yesterday my Brother had Heart Surgery with Dr. Discepolo & today on 9-6 less than 24 hours later My Brother is his old self again. He was laughing & smiling. It brought joy to our family knowing my brother was no longer suffering & struggling to breathe because of his heart issues. I want to thank all the Nursing Staff on the 2nd floor DOU South. They have been amazing. Miriam, Rita, Bryan, Peter, Aida & Michael are just a few that have made my brother more comfortable & assisted him in getting stronger. A big Thank you to Dr Khedia for introducing my brother to his New Cardiologist Dr. Discepolo. We are so very grateful for his knowledge in his field of Cardiology. We are Thankful for both Doctors. They have been providing wonderful care to my brother that will prolong his life and help his heart beat properly. Blessings to all, Sincerely Our Family. --------------------- My brother who is Deaf & Paralyzed was brought into Covina Intercommunity Hospital on Thursday evening 5-29-25 through the ER Department. He received wonderful care from all the Doctors & Nurses in ER. The R.N- Summer was extremely professional and explained everything to us in detail. He was then transferred later that evening to CCU. I went to visit him the next day in the morning & his New Nurse- Andrew in CCU is such a blessing. He has made my brother feel relaxed & comfortable, he was resting nicely when I got there. His care for my brother is from the heart. Thank you to all the staff & Dr. Khedia. A special shout out to Summer & Andrew...Amazing & we are grateful for you.

Nurse Jose Rodriguez was Awesome! He's a great asset to the patients and hospital. Kind, caring and compassionate. Thank you Jose for everything, my mom and I really appreciate you!

I had a cervical epidural injection at this facility today and I was treated with the best outmost respect. My experience was exactly what I was expecting and I'm very thankful to the entire staff from admitting department nurses and doctors Thank you all for a job well done. So far no pain or any complications with the procedure. God bless

A very sweet lady named Yolanda in the kitchen went above and beyond to get my dad sent some fruit to his room when they had ran out in the cafeteria. It's truly the little things that make all the difference during those tough time at the hospital and she had a vibrant energy.
