Patient
Dr Miller's helper, Lisa (refused to give last name), submitted my bill to Blue Cross so slowly or in error that it eventually went to a collections agency and stopped my new car lone. My credit score is over 730, and this has never happened before. Lisa was so uncooperative that when I asked for copies of my 2 pages of records, in person, she gave me a Records Release form to mail from home, so I could wait 2 weeks to fix my credit. She had just made me 1 copy of my insurance claim form, the 2 pages were right in front of us, she clearly had a copier and my verbal release, but refused to do it. I asked to speak toDr Miller, but she said she "wouldn't bother him over something like this". Wow Lisa, unhelpful, disrespectful and rude, in one trip to his office! This place is a 1star operation.
