The front office staff is always very helpful and professional. They always help me out and try their best to accommodate the patients needs. Even the more difficult ones. They always try to get everything completed in a timely manner as well. The doctors here are also very helpful as well.

Glendora location This is the most ridiculous place for Cardio services. I cancelled ALL additional appointments with this facility in June 2024 and apparently they did not update their own record. I received a phone message today from a Joanna to call back to reschedule an appointment because a Dr. Chris will be out of the office for the whole month of September. I do not know who Dr. Chris is and have not scheduled an appointment. No one answers the darn phone at the call back number. If a zero score is an option, I will definitely give it a zero.

(Glendora location)Had a little bit of traffic... called in to let them know that I'd be ten minutes late. She let me know that he abides strictly to the 15 minute grace period.Had an appointment scheduled for 2:25 showed up at 2:35. She let me know that the dr had left exactly at 15 minutes. I told her it has only been 10 minutes and showed her my appointment confirmation for 2:25. She said "Oh yeah our text messaging is not accurate!" Finding a reliable Dr... if we missing our appointments we get charged a fee but the doctor can violate his own policy and no big deal just lose another day of pay...

The doctor is amazing great bedside manner but the staff is so bad its ridiculous. They seem to have new staff since they moved to new location and the do not answer the phone I called and left 5 messages one a day for a week and never got a callback. I had to drive in to the office and when I asked the receptionist why they don't answer the phone I was told sorry we are really busy we do the best we can but sometimes it goes to voicemail then we return calls. I said left 5 messages and never got a call back. She had no response. I needed to get a correction on my husband's blood pressure medicine, she said doctor is not in today so all I can do is get back to you Monday when he comes back. I said can I expect a call back on Monday afternoon? she said for sure and of course she didn't call back and no answer when I called office. Finally got a live person Tuesday and she said oh yes let me check on that again no apologies why I wasn't called back. After being on hold for 15 min She came back and said I'm still trying to get a hold of the doctor.

So I have been calling for Pasadena and someone just put me hold with out saying anything until I spoke to a amazing person that just answer with her professional way her name is Carol I explaining to her I needed a refill on my medication she was so amazing by even telling me that she was going contact the dr because I have not seen dr for over year . She even told me she will contact me back before she left .. I honestly though she ain't going called me.. exactly 3:14 Carol call me n tell me the dr sending ur medication and she scheduled my appointment.. I was so surprised how amazing this person is she even told me she is manager dr Chris u did hop with this employee.. u need more staff like her.. she cares for her pts thank u carol I received my medication... I will go Glendora more often..
