Wow. Dr Betts and Dr Jenn are wonderful. I always get an appointment and get nice treatment here. Dr Betts takes his time with me. He knows a lot and has knowledge that other doctors don't. Took 5 doctors to finally find Dr Betts and within one appointment he solved my heart medication issue. His front desk girl helped get my insurance to approve it. The office looks new and is very clean. I had a visit with the other doctor, Dr. Jenn and she really helped me with a sprained ankle I had. I'm a senior and it's great to have this experience in this day and age.

Please do yourself a favor and stay far away from this doctors office!!!! Dr Betts needs to retire! He does not remember anything you say you have to remind him several times why you are there. He does NOT listen either! Jennifer has no business being a nurse practitioner, my A1c was 6.5 which is diabetic and her response was what do you want me to do about it?! They make appointments for you then when you get there they say you don't have an appointment even though you have a card with the right date and time. The front office is nice but they make a lot of mistakes especially when it comes to appointments. I was in the office with me day with an early appointment and they kept putting people on hold saying they have callers ahead of them, but they are just gossiping.

We have been trying to make an appointment for my Dad for months and nothing. Finally got the appointment a few weeks back for today and they didn't see him. Stated that the doctor was already gone for the day. They changed his appointment without letting anyone know. He is older and bearly walking on dialysis and has no time for trash service. The daughter Jennifer is actually a really good doctor but the office workers offer nothing but trash service! Absolutely disorganized, straight lazy and incompetent. Time for a new doctor and new office. Don't waste your time going here unless you want to wait weeks and months to get anything done. If you don't mind waiting and have your paperwork all screwed up, then by all means!!

You should not have to wait an hr to be seen with an appointment. Jennifer Betts is so rude and disrespectful. I do not understand her being in this profession. My opinion is she suffers from anxiety and depression. This in turn loads her to take it out on the patients. Her father needs to say goodbye to her. We are going to change doctors. I suggest only seeing Dr. Betts.

The couple of times I've been here I only waited between 10-15 min depending of how many people are before me. Dr. Randolph Betts is very nice and the best family doctor I ve had. He is very attentive of my kids and myself. I totally recommend him. There was a time that I was attended by Jennifer, she is as sweet as Dr. Betts. She treats you with respect, and is attentive about your health. She might not have the same experience as Dr. Betts, but for me she was very attentive on the day of my visit.
