Thank you Dr. Tsai, I just called your office and they said you retired. You cared for my father Raymond which I know, could be a very difficult patient and gave him a second chance when you referred him to Dr. Afifi for bypass surgery, as well as still caring for my 93 year old mother Mabel. You were probably one of the most compassionate and caring Doctors we have meet, and went above and beyond for your patients. Thank you again for caring for my parents. Dr. Tsai has given my mom care very detailed, professionally, kindly and with undivided attention. He truly cares about his patients well-being and their awareness. Not like the cardiologist she had prior, she treated us merely as transactions. We highly recommend him.

A long time ago I had a doctor. That cared for me from the age of 6 till I turned 18. His name was doctor MO. For the first time now that I'm in my 50s. I see a cardiologist for my heart. And for the first time in a long time. I am quite pleased with Doctor Tsai. Quite pleased!!
