Dr. Chang saved my life. I had a heart attack seemingly out of nowhere. Dr. Chang came from Concord to Walnut Creek so I wouldn't have to move from one location to another. He performed my surgery quickly with no complications. His bedside manner was great. I am forever grateful for this amazing doctor.
Absolutely terrible customer service. Had made an appointment earlier in the week and was told that it was for the following month on some Monday which I would have never scheduled after verifying with the receptionist that week. Drove over 30 miles away with three children that I had to get child care for and was told to come in two days later so I could do it all over again.
Light hearted but very serious in his approach. Good beside manner. He was right on target with his appraisals and he set me on a course of improved health. Thanks doc!
