Short review: They used to be a 5 star restaurant. Their food, their service, their employees everything was 5 stars until today. After today they're a 1 star restaurant. I judge every business by their worst employee. Do not waste your time. Let's get on the full review: When one bad employee destroys your 5 star rating. An employee ripped money out out my hand today. Slammed the sauces twice on top of my food. The first time was because i had the nerve to order dipping sauces in person instead of online hey sometimes they run out even the manager said "Yeah i get it," when i said I'll just buy it in person. The second time i told him "That's ranch," I asked for cheese sauce, in respone he slammed them on my food again and said "Don't give me attitude." I looked at him completly confused and my kid said while his back was turned "What attitude?" I guess he thought it was me because he repeated "I said DONT GIVE ME ATTITUDE," i guess asking for the right sauce was to much. If this is how he treats the customers I'm scared of him touching the food. The absolutel worst part? I used to absolutely LOVE this place. The manager is amazing, very understanding, EXTREMELY dedicated to her customers and so sweet as a person overall. She makes things right quickly and is on her A game 24/7. Up until today her staff were all the sweetest and kindest individuals I had ever met in my life. They would remake orders even if YOU'RE the one that is late because they value their customers and their store's reputation. They will always offer either a refund or to make/provide the item at a later date if they ran out of something and you already ordered or paid. That's dedication to your customers. Up until today I was always treated with respect and dignity because that's the environment the managers strived for.
