It is absolutely ridiculous that his office schedules patients every 15 minutes just to milk more out of insurance companies. Every time you complain about the wait time, his office staff says he had an emergency that threw him off schedule. Newsflash front office. Why are you scheduling patients to be seen every 15 minutes?? You know this happens. Space the patients out. One an hour. No one should ever have to wait 2-3 hours to be seen. This isn't the emergency room. If the dr is this far behind call patients to reschedule. Stop trying to milk the insurance companies for more money. Lastly, IF a patient fails to cancel an appt at least 24 hours in advance they're charged a cancelation fee. Yet, you find it ethical to have patients waiting for hours. Great dr.
