UC Davis Medical Group Carmichael/Citrus Heights

Thank you to the Carmichael PCN staff and doctors for taking such good and quick care of me when I really needed it. I'm general, my HMO has felt more like one in recent years, and last month this would have been a three star review, but everyone was so responsive, caring and helpful during a difficult time. Thank you all!!!

I've been going their for over 23 years every Physician I've been treated by were wonderful, some have retired,and some have moved, to me Doctor Arnott had a sense of humor, Doctor B he would call you day or night to let you know the outcome of a test he ordered,Doctor Patricia Men Chung Chen I thought she was lovely, Doctor Ellen Yang she was young and listened to how I felt,and Doctor Gozun she is new I like that she asks questions that I haven't thought about,as a whole they each have wonderful qualities in my day we would say they have good bedside manners I have many good memories of those who have left,and looking forward to what's next we never know,those are my thoughts.

Going there since 2013.Awsome services provided by staff at every visit.

Nelly from Billing is the ABSOLUTE BEST! She was so sweet, has a great nice people personality and was so professional as she explained all of my financial options. I called extremely stressed about a bill I received and she was able to be as detailed as possible to provide me all of the information she had available so I can make the best informed choice on my procedures and insurance. She made me feel so much better and I had all the knowledge I needed. She legitimately brought me from 20 to a 2 in my anxiety of the finances and she was just amazing! She gave me as much help as she could and explained all the help available to me! Thank you Nelly from Billing in Sacramento! You are fantastic and I hope you have the best day! I have had the worst experience at this office. In April I went in for an appointment with Dr. Perez. I waited over 2 hours to see the Dr. I asked the nurse if there was a problem. I was told the wait was typical with this Dr. I had a 3pm appointment. After 5 I finally decided to leave. The Dr.came in as I was leaving. I was so upset over the wait (my time wasted) I could not even talk to the Dr. He said he would refund my $20 copay. The office staff could not figure out how to do that so they said they would put a credit for the next time I went to the Dr. Over 3 months later I am called out of the blue to inform me they will not give me a credit. I am absolutely appalled. This is the worst Dr. office I have ever encountered.
