Dr. Ignacio is professional as well very courteous doctor that has helped me through my health journey. Since meeting her I have been able to understand where I need medical attention. She's very thorough In her explanation. When I ask her questions she never makes me feel incompetent. Dr. Ignacio has patience and is articulate when describing health conditions. I have tried other doctor because she had moved to further location. But I came back because the other doctors that I tried to see in my area were not reliable and as professional as Dr. Ignacio. I recommend Dr. Ignacio especially for people who Feel like they are going nowhere with their doctors. Dr. Ignacio has given me great recommendations to other doctors with specialty.(such as referrals that are needed for specialty doctors to perform surgeries, etc.) I've been able to have a better healthier life since meeting her. And I strongly recommend others to have a doctor like mine. With everything that I've ever wanted to accomplish in Dr. Ignacio has been by my side.

Dr. Ignacio is the BEST doctor ever and I consider myself unbelievably fortunate to have her as my PCP. Always a good experience. I met a new nurse today , a LVN named Judy who was a total delight and a master at condensing my clinical history quickly. Highly recommended!

Dr. Ignacio is the best doctor I have had in a long time. She is kind, patient and actually listens to what you have to say. She is never dismissive of my concerns nor does she pass judgement. I am a full on spaz, and probably not the easiest patient to have. Every time I come to see Dr Ignacio I have a laundry list of complaints, questions and I'm sure I talk too fast. And every time she is great! She listens to me, she is kind and funny and doesn't make me feel like I'm crazy or wasting her time. I have a condition that causes chronic pain/numbness and has created new pains in other parts of my body from my body trying to compensate for my original issue. Most Drs I've seen have just wrote me off or treated me like I'm just being dramatic or seeking drugs (because of my age and appearance) but Dr. Ignacio actually took the time to listen to me and review my surgical history. She provided me alternative methods for pain management as well as understood that after such long standing chronic pain, sometimes the 'Natural' methods may not be enough and I may need additional pain management on those bad days. She pays attention to my needs and is fast and efficient with the appointments at the same time. I feel comfortable and secure in her care, so much that when she moved offices 20minutes further from my house, I still chose to keep her as my provider. I'm now moving over 8 hours away and she offered me the option to do my follow ups with her through video appointments. I was so happy to hear this was a possibility and will stick with her as long as insurance and my location allows. Her nurses are great as well, they always remember me and are so friendly and encouraging. If I could take her and her staff with me as I move, I would!!

In my first visit to Dr. Ignacio I found she was incredibly knowledgeable, welcoming, and helpful. She and her staff expedited me through my visit, getting me logged into the system quickly and painlessly, then once in the exam room Dr. Ignacio arrived minutes after the nurse finished checking my vitals. I absolutely recommend Dr. Ignacio as a PCP.
