I wish I read the reviews before choosing Dr. Valle!!!!! Medical assigned me to her but her staff is so uninformed of their job, whether it's answering the phone, returning a voicemail, or just simply comprehending clerical work from their day to day job. I couldn't believe how unprofessional this whole clinic is!! If you need urgent care, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND staying FAR away from this clinic. I broke my hand 2 weeks ago and finally was able to speak to Dr. Valle after mentioning malpractice (that got her attention) just to be told I wasn't insured... Why would Medical assign me to an incompetent doctor who doesn't even know they accept medical? I called Medical and they said "she's in our system, she does in fact accept medical, thats weird that she doesn't already know this. Dr. Valle- Why would you wait until my appointment to tell me that? Why are you so slow with urgent matters?!! How many broken bones do I need to get your assistance??? Changed doctors and was seen the next day! Don't waste your time with these unprofessional, uneducated "workers" They will see you in 3 weeks....so be prepared to wait if you're a patient here. Don't bother with jeannette.

I went to Dr. Jeanette Del Valle this morning after I read all the reviews. I was more curious on what kind of service will I get. After talking to her staff and the doctor, it was an amazing experience! As if I was talking to my best friend, the staff was sooo friendly! They were smiling all the time. They made me feel at ease, provided me the care that I need. Dr. Jeanette Del Valle, you are one of the best doctor I've known. I recommend her if you need help.

Chantal at the front desk is very rude and dismissive. One of the girls even changed my referral to a place where her mother works without asking me, clearly a kick back! When I didnt want to go there, they wouldn't help me! The doctor is very kind to your face, but doesnt consider your personal situation. She rx'd me the wrong stuff then wouldn't take my calls when I was BLEEDING upon administration of the false rx. She wouldn't speak with me without scheduling an appointment so she can be paid for the conversation. She also has odd hours that are not listed and doesn't have an answering service or even a voicemail. I called with all symptoms of an infection and she wouldn't see me til the next day and I ended up in urgent care by then with no way to let her know I wouldn't be in first thing in the morning then she still charged me!

For many years I've been with tricare 100% of the time. Almost a year ago I started seeing Dr Del Valle and staff and I'm so satisfied with their service. Went in for sciatica pain and they found a tumor after taking an MRI. I'm thankful for everything they have done for me

We had an unprofessional situation where one staff member tried to change my referral to a place she wanted me to tell her mother "Hi" for her at and made a big stink when I wanted my referral changed back to where I had requested it to! The med I was Rxd caused bleeding tho it wasn't supposed to and it took the doctor a week to call me back only because I threatened legal action. They are also understaffed, so answering the phone, returning calls, or keeping normal business hours are just not happening:( I have not had these issues AT ALL since leaving to another provider's office.
