Daniel Cepin, MD - San Diego Cardiac Center Medical Group, Chula Vista

Just got off of the phone with the receptionists from Dr. Cepin's office after leaving a message to speak with him regarding a prior visit. Not only did Dr. Cepin NOT take just a few minutes to speak me to regarding our prior visit but he referred me back to my primary doctor who does not specialize in the same field. I feel completely ignored and disregarded as a patient. Do not visit this office if you plan on receiving quality care. Your life may depend on it!

Rude staff for sure, always seemed like I was an inconvenience. I never got a call back to reschedule an appointment for an Echo, when I called they said they were waiting on my insurance which was 2 months later, my insurance doesn't take that long. When I called my insurance they never received anything from them. Agree with another post, he wouldn't stop starring at my chest either. Also, he wanted to start a new medication for no reason, the one I'm currently on is working just fine.

I have been cared for by Dr. Daniel Cepin for twenty years. He is one of my favorite doctors of all time. Caring, honest, helpful. And his staff are kind as well. Also, I never have to wait long in the office.

This doctor is a total creep! He wouldn't stop staring at my chest. I understand he's a cardiologist and it comes with the territory, but...he did it in a perverted way. I will never go back to him and I highly DO NOT recommend this doctor to any of my family or friends. He's not even deserving of one star.

Careful, very unprofessional wanted to perform surgery when not warranted, be sure to get second opinion. Confirmed by 2 other physicians that surgery was not necessary in this case.
