This was our first time at this location. We parked and entered the building. We circled the building along with other lost patients including my 95 year old grandma. To be told that the office front door is outside the building on the other side. By then my grandma was breathing heavily along with other patients. I told the front desk named Valeria - that it would be courteous and human decency to inform us of the unique location of the office. She said to my 95 year old grandma in a wheelchair, well it's not our fault if you don't know where the office is. There are signs everywhere. This is me advocating for senior citizens, Spanish speaking, ill, with heart complications. I obviously requested the manager because Valeria lacked moral, professionalism and wisdom. Rihana excused and allowed Valeria's reasoning and she affirmed the above. Sighs are inside the building telling you the entrance is outside the building. A simple apology to my 95 year old grandma and the 5 other patients and we will take your feedback and noted. We need to do better for our patients. I will not return.
