Got scratched by a stray cat and went in to Chino Valley Medical Center. It was on Thanksgiving eve and the service and emergency room was incredible. I was blown away how well managed and clean the establishment was. Everyone was kind and caring. From checking in the front office the medical assistants nurses were wonderful. I was really impressed with Doctor Mark Ashby. He was really amazing super nice and knowledgeable. I am very happy with my experience and would recommend anyone to go there. Top notch medical facility.

Best hospital experience ever! My 86 year old mother was treated extremely well. The emergency department was clean, quiet and organized. Nurses Kyle and Jeffrey were competent and compassionate. Dr. Rodriguez was attentive and quickly diagnosed the issue and initiated an effective treatment plan. Lab tech Lashawn and radiology tech Omar were wonderful. Chief Nurse Christine made rounds and ensured care was delivered in a safe, timely and caring manner. Thank you, CVMC!

One of the worst hospital experiences my family has ever had. My father was left soiled, and my mother was left alone with her IV hanging out. There was zero communication from staff and no sense of care or urgency.
Based on what we experienced, I do not believe the five-star reviews reflect reality. This facility failed at providing basic dignity and communication. Don't get medical care here.

They were very nice and quick to check me in and get me back there to be treated! I needed a CT scan and they got that done immediately. They also checked me out thoroughly and got me everything I needed! I've only ever gone to the ER 1 time before. This time was excellent!!!

My father got lab work done at CVMC today and got blood drawn by Sydney (Student) with supervision of Rhonda and her Lab trainer. They did an amazing job! Sydney made sure to work cleanly, she explained every step of the process, and get her blood draw in 1 poke! She is an excellent student and I can see her going far in her respective field. Rhonda and her trainer were also amazing and made the check-in process easy, quick, and even made us laugh a couple times with some good jokes. We usually go to LabCorp for labs but we will continue going here as long as these 3 wonderful ladies are here. Thank you to the amazing Lab team working on 10/29/2025 and thank you CVMC for the great service. Please keep those employees for as long as possible!
