Ik i'm not when I say that a lot of people rather go to Pomona because this hospital genuinely sucks. A couple years ago. My mom was hospitalized here and passed away even. During that time it was Covid so idk If that's why my gift couldn't be given, but I had got my mom a big bouquet of roses for her birthday and the next day. I was on the phone with her and she never received those roses. If she wasn't allowed to have those roses, then why even let me bring them. Why accept them? I know for a fact, the staff kept the roses because they were beautiful. That was gonna be the last gift. I was ever going to give to my Mom and the staff dismissed it and didn't over they went. I gave up because she was sedated that same day and it went over my head. She passed away within the month. This hospital just has rude staff. I hope they can find better staff or have better staff now but I have not gone to this hospital since. They also tried saying my mom had Covid when she came to the hospital and I even had to argue with the nurse about it and she eventually apologized and said I was right but idk why she went the lengths of fighting me about it when she was given Covid here. But yeah good luck if you come here.

This ER had some of the most helpful staff to me and the other patients. They handled an epic seizure patient immediately and like super hero's and a couple other situations while I was in the waiting room. I actually ran into an associate from the Jiu Jitsu world and they went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and okay. I hope I don't have to visit anytime soon but I'm glad to have a clean, safe and competent ER in the area.

First and last time I will be there! It's understandable to wait in the ER; but no doctor comes out to even give you the diagnosis or to read your results. They have you waiting for 6 hours for discharge paperwork and no doctor! And the waiting area was a fiasco! Security arguing with patients and children. The hospital allowed that kind of behavior to go on for 3 hours without head of security or management stepping in. Security threatening saying he's off at 11p! Patients complaining of such behavior and they just sat there behind a glass or behind a secured door and DID NOTHING! Clearly the patients did not matter! Keep in mind the hospitals run because of the patients! What a shame!

Had the greatest experience you can have in an emergency room. I've been having back pain for about a month. They did all the necessary steps to find out what was wrong with me. Went in at 3am was done by 8am. Waiting room was clean. They had security at the door. They updated you on the app as well, with all the blood work and CT scans. The lady's are so nice, especially the one who noticed I was cold and brought me a heated blanket before she clocked out. Also there was a homeless lady in the waiting room. They quickly got her out with security. Overall good experience.

First, I'd like to mention that the only reason I'm giving two stars and not one, is because Nurse Erica was truly exceptional, kind, quick and clearly knew what she was doing. Dr. Gonzalez on the other hand, came to my bed to tell me that my lab values were very high (lab values he never took). We asked him to see the lab values and he responded, "it's not my job to hide anything from you." I then proceeded to go to MyChart, to see those values don't exist, because he never tested for them. 2 blood draws for everything, except what I came in to check. There was no urgency to get the tests done- although I shared with him my issuance doesn't cover getting admitted to the hospital, he ordered all of my further tests after admission to the hospital. A financial planner never came to my bed, so I left. I would not recommend being seen by him at the ER.
