Dr Robert Castro was my cardiologist while I was in Chino Valley Medical Center. The hospital is small and outdated. Therefore, had my reservations about staying at this facility until I met Dr. Castro. He was amazing. Provided the best care and procedures, very thorough, very pleasant to work with and truly cares about the patients needs

I visited Doctor Castro Robert in this place spent over three years with the Doctor all the sudden he drop me because I have medicare and secondary IEHP he quit taking IEHP after I left his office I found out I have big problem with the new Doctor that the blood was not reaching all the are in my Heart,today I get bill from his office ion Dec,2nd with a bill for $27.05 I called hi office they cancel this bill, they are missing something in this office I Like to advice people not to see him for not doing the tests I need at that time.

Not a caring facility at all! My elderly friend who has memory issue had a appointment with Dr. Castro, but missed his appointment. They called on 11/02 stating that Dr. Castro had to leave early and needs to change our appointment to 11/09, and on 11/03 they totally cancel our appointment!
