I totally get the negative reviews - the office is understaffed and it can be impossible to get a hold of them on the phone. But the office staff has never been anything but nice to me, and Dr. Altaf is very kind and accommodating. It's not a particularly well run place, but I mean what place dealing with health ever is?

They never respond back phone calls. what if you have something important that can get worse? Especially when its heart related . Doctor offices usually always respond back. I have been waiting for a response for a entire month. Called 3 or 4 times. But instead of replying to me they call me to cancel a appointment. Does that seem professional to you? I only came here because of reccomendation but now that I see such poor reviews I will go elsewhere.

For starters the parking lot is a mess in the morning not enough for all these medical offices. The way from the parking lot to the office is wheelchair accessible but the office it self is NOT! They over book appointments for such a tiny waiting room they move fairly slow. Waiting is what's done best here get comfortable and relax you will be here for a long long time. From the handfull of people that I have spoken to, while waiting for what seems to be hours on end, most of everyone pretty much gets the same medication and treatment

By far the the worse service ever, Dr. Ali is great but the office staff is horrible. They do not help you or even try, they want you to pay out of pocket without even running your insurance information. Being a cardiologist they need to change careers, this place in itself will give you a heart attack. Billing department is horrible, they denied my daughters service they wanted us to pay first even though we had insurance or they could not help us. They would not even try running the insurance. They have never heard of having a primary insurance and secondary. HORRIBLE SERVICE!

my two visits to his office were not great. He was abrupt and changed my appointment time at the last minute. Didn't bother talking to my about medicine he prescribed and told I didn't need to come back. Two days later I was having heart problems. Called him and he couldn't be bothered to call me back for 18 hours. When he did call I was already in hospital. He scheduled a test for next day at 9am. I couldn't eat or drink next day. At 10 am next day I found out he didn't put in order and time had to be changed to 12pm. Still no food . The hospital tried to get him a dozen times to confirm 12pm. Finally got in touch with him after I called his office and he said he can't make 12 he will come at 1. Still not allowed to eat or drink. At 1 he finally shows up after I had pitched a fit and threaten to get another doctor. So if you actually want a doctor that is willing to talk to you, explain problems and bother to show up, do not choose this man.
