Dr Rainbow Chung-Ou is awesome. Definitely helps that her office is very close to my house and that she's very helpful with consultation by phone as another option. I've had anywhere from skin problems to sinus infection to flu and she always knows how to get me back to feeling better again!

Dr.Rainbow Chung Ou has very good service and was very patient, very friendly. Her front receptionist was NOT. Her name is Heather. I called nicely to make an appointment, but she gave me an attitude I was an unpaid balance from their chino office which I was shocked. Called chino office to ask about it, but they said no I don't, everything has been cleared. Called this location back, she questioned me 3x if I paid or not. I told her nicely that chino office said everything is cleared, I actually don't owe them anything therefore of course I didn't pay. I don't understand why this office receptionist needs to talk to a patient like I'm in debt or owe her anything?! She made me very uncomfortable. She is rude and disrespectful.

So I was a little scared to see a new doctor since I had been with the same doctor for over 15 years. But... let me tell you....Dr. Rainbow is such a great doctor. I'm a fairly new patient...on the first appointment she asked for my medical history, took notes and was very thorough. Follow up appointment was even better. She reviewed results of different tests and explained results in detail. She listens and doesn't rush. Support staff is very nice and helpful as well. Office is clean. Very happy with this clinic.

Dr. Charles Lin is absolutely amazing. He is very professional and courteous. He treated me very well, and i felt very comfortable with him. Lot of doctors are so quick to get you in and out, but he was very personable with me, and treated me like a human being rather than another patient. 5 stars!

I made an appointment and waited for a month, when I got up early and arrived in time, the front desk lady ( short hair Asian) told me my insurance plan is not acceptable at this clinic, I need call another branch clinic and reschedule to see doctor, I promise I told them my insurance plan as a new patient when I made appointment. The best part was the rude front lady feel no sorry about it. Great service!
