UCLA Health Pediatrics in Calabasas

Dr Manchandia was awesome. She listened to our situation and answered our questions thoughtfully, helping us draft a plan for re-confirming our celiac diagnosis. Highly recommended.

The doctors at this UCLA facility are professional and kind, the problem is the front desk reception, they are consistently rude, they are always distracted or talking amongst themselves ignoring the patients in front of them. They are unfriendly and dismissive of patients questions.

So far, we have had a lovely experience with this office. My son tends to get sick a lot and they have been good about squeezing him in either same day or next day. We absolutely love Dr. Ahmadian. She has a lovely bedside manner and is very caring. She advocated for our newborn so that we could get her seen by a dermatologist sooner than they had initially scheduled us.

We are so lucky to have found Doctor Ahmadian and this pediatrics office! We even travel a little further to be able to take both our babies here. When our second was born and recovering from jaundice, Doctor Ahmadian cleared some of her own personal schedule to do an immediate follow up after we left the hospital. She said she took jaundice seriously and was going to see us through it, since sometimes babies see a spike after leaving the hospital. And she was right! She's got a personal touch and has always made me feel like we are in good hands.

This review is for Daniella K. Safatian. Corporate doctors office that is not caring for patients. Horrible staff. If you are not there on time they will not see you. We called to say we would be there late and they said it was okay only for the doctor to say no we have to come back another day once we arrived. Please tell people before they continue driving with a child from a distance to just turn around. These people are horrible and will lie to you on the phone!
