Great doctors (Stone, Almeda), great nurses (Felix Sanchez, thank you!) Terrible procedures and company. Delays, more delays, one doctor on call for the entire silicon valley peninsula in Burlingame. Might make you think that this company is about making money, not about healing people. Shame that these great doctors and nurses need to work for such a corporate entity. Waiting, waiting and more waiting. Why not? Insurance will pay, I'll pay my copay, the world keeps spinning. Who cares? When you see a price tag on an item like a scrub or a scrub top (to inform the staff how much it costs when they come to take it off the shelf) you can imagine what the company prioritizes... Look at the photos. Terrible.

My 93 year old grandmother passed. Before hand we filled out paperwork saying we were NOT going to be donating organs. The vultures called SHORTY after her death and asked for her skin!!!!!! As if we weren't going through enough already!! We understand she had nice skin but if we said no before her passing why call and ask specifically for her skin afterwards and put that in our heads!! It's traumatic, let us grieve.

I had to go to the ER on 7/16 around 6:30 pm and all the people working did a great job. I started having some chest pain when I went out to dinner with my family. We went to this hospital and they checked me in quickly, took my vitals, and then I only had to wait a little bit before going into a room. The techs, nurses, doctors were thorough and friendly. I had a X-ray, Blood work, and tests done. Thank you for taking such good care of me.

This is NOT a good hospital for emergency room. They take so long. It is horrible and I've seen over 5/7 nurses during my stay and no idea who is who for what ... I won't come here again ....

I had an incident where i stepped on some glass and another facility removed it. 2.5 months later i find out there's still one piece of glass left in my foot so i went to emergency at this facility. It took about 5 minutes to talk to receptionist then 20 minutes to do xray of my foot even after telling them i don't need one, then 15 minutes for documentation and 5 minutes to remove the piece of glass. Got sent a bill for $3663 and a nice $723 discount. Where else does someone charge nearly $3000/hour? Eat your vitamins, be safe and avoid doctors.
